Booking & Policies

 

  • Booking

    • 50% retainer required to secure date

    • Remaining balance due 24 hours before event​

  • Cancellations
    • 48 hours or more= Deposit transferable to another date​
    • Less than 48 hours= Deposit nonrefundable

  • Client Provides

    • Hotel Booking​

    • Access to room (adding my name to reservation or providing key)

  • Travel

    • Free within 15 miles

    • $1 per mile beyond
